FIFA Trip Part 1 - Swiss

Before the FIFA game start, i had been in Swiss for a week. It's really nice country...i love it so much. All the beautiful scene, glacier paradise and the people there are nice too. We haven't planned detail for our trip in Swiss. Just follow someone's experience on the web...(my style?!), we're always changing our route. Finally our route is:
Day 1:Zurich, Rheinfalls (Schaffhausen Station) Day 2:Zurich -> Chur (Glacier Express) -> Zermatt Day 3:Zermatt (Glacier Paradise) -> InterLaken Day 4:Jungfrau -> Wengen Day 5:InterLaken -> Luzern Day 6:Luzern -> Bern Day 7:Bern -> Germany
Day 1 - Zurich and Rheinfalls
We haven't visited many places at the first day...just stay in the city and go to the Rhienafall (the biggest waterfall in Europe). See the pics below (just a few snapshot on the train)...
Day 2 - Glacier Express (From Chur to Zermatt)
I think i don't need to say anything about the scene in Swiss. It's well-known that it's so beautiful. Just see the pics:

Day 3:Zermatt (Glacier Paradise) -> InterLaken
Zermatt refer a mountain chain in the southern part of Swiss. The highest mountain in the area should be Matterhorn. I think most of people know Toblerone Swiss Chocolate. The logo of the chocolate is exactly the shape of Matterhorn. At the beginning, i decided to go to there because of the shape of this mountain. Once i arrived there, we discovered that Matterhorn not only has the good mountain shape but also has a nice glacier paradise for ski. At first, we haven't prepared to ski but we agreed to rent the ski equipment immediately upon seeing such nice glacier paradise. It's the first time that Desmond try to ski. He got 1 hour basic training from me and go with me to one of the peak (3400m) later on. It took us nearly a hour to finish the course from 3400m to 2900m...what a long course i ever skiied. I haven't counted how many times Desmond fell down...one thing i am sure that he master the skill to stand up at the steep.

Day 4:Jungfrau -> Wengen
After the heavy sport - "ski in high mountain", we get another hiking excerise. Walking down from top of Europe station to Wengen. It's really worth to do so. In the Jungfrau, they offer over 30 routes for hiking. If you want to feel Jungfrau detailly, i highly recommened you should walk~~

Day 5:InterLaken -> Luzern
We switch our interest to water activity after heading to two mountains(上山下海). Luzern is a good choice within Swiss. Once we arrived there, we go to the beach, have sunbath and then take the boat trip for the whole afternoon...really relaxing.

Day 6:Luzern -> Bern
The feeling is totally different when you arrive Bern. It's the capital of Swiss and much like a metropolis. Lots of shop, restaurants and bar are everywhere. But you will not feel lots of pressure here even lots of biz happening around...may be the peace is slow..

A week in Swiss is little bit short...but need to head to the FIFA....aiya~
I still believe there're lots of places in Swiss worth to go...It's so beautiful everywhere...When will i go Swiss again??

Return from FIFA
I had back to HK from the crazy FIFA world in Germany. During the trip, i met lots of friends from all over the world (from Europe, America, Australia, Mexico, Brazil...), tried lots of new stuff and got drunk many many times(I can't remember how many times that Andrew got drunk). It's really memorable experience. Starting the trip from Swiss, i had been in Germany, France, Holland and London. In those countries, i loved the most "Glacier Paradise" in Swiss, "Crazy FIFA atmosphere" in Munich, "Peace" in Heidelberg and the beautiful scene in Amsterdam. Thx Andrew and Desmond bring me an exciting and funny trip. I had realized my child dream - watching FIFA live although i may give up a lot. Also need to thx Ricardo, Markus, Martin and Alex for the accomodation in Germany!! :)
P.S. I took over 12000 pics during the trip. It may take me some times to organize and post it on the web. You can check Andrew's flickr for the first part in Germany.

Top of Europe
After heading to the Everest and MeiLi snow mountain, i am heading to Jungfrau (Top of Europe), Zermatt (Remember Triangle chocolate?) and Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Top of Germany) this time. Hope the weather is nice there. :>
After that, i will go to Germany and watch the Worldcup there. See you guys 1 month later.

FIFA Worldcup Trip
仲有一個月左右就到世界杯，各方各面的宣傳都陸續登場。宣傳當然就唔少得今屆世界盃的吉祥物——能歌善舞的獅子「高里奧六世」（Goleo VI）。這個名字，源於小獅子在球場上踢球時，牠的爸爸在場邊大喊「Leo!! Go!!」，「六世」則是國際足聯加上去的，因為這是世界盃賽的第六個吉祥物。 "YOO!!! I am going to Worldcup!!!", Leo said. 行程基本上都定好啦，只不過我們只定到頭幾晚的住宿，往後的都要見步行步。各位有無在德國的朋友們介紹下，收留一下我跟Andrew。我地又要玩電波少年啦!!

梅里雨崩之行-5 ~ 雨崩村的美
梅里雨崩之行-4 ~ 到雨崩神瀑
梅里雨崩之行-3 ~ 走進雨崩
沿途有位嬸嬸問我雨崩的吸引的地方在那?我說裡面有雪山、冰川、草原、小村莊，聽起來好像沒什麼特別。
但當這些拼湊在一起再加上那平靜和諧的小村莊和村民，那種與世無爭的感覺，令雨崩的美確是難以以言喻，只能親身去感受的！
雨崩村位於梅里深山之中，有與世隔絕的意味，並不通車，只能徙步或是馬匹進去，進雨崩村要從西當村的溫泉(2650米)出發，越過埡口(3700米)，再往下走到雨崩(3100米)。路一點也不好走，先是一段長長60度的斜坡，根本停不住腳，接著是林中的泥路，到了埡口更是雪路，為了省一點體力我們決定騎馬進去，也需要五個半小時。

梅里雨崩之行-2 ~ 到梅里的路上
從香格里拉到梅里，首先要到德欽，但到德欽前必須經一坐海拔4290的白茫雪山,如果雪太大,車輛無法通行。這次我們真的很好運，前幾天下大雪，當天偏偏就遇上了封山。我們的班車早上七點半從香格里拉出發，未夠十點就來到奔子欄(古茶馬古道重鎮之一)，在那裡呆了差不多三個小時，等到擋住路的積雪被清走。下午一點終於可以再上路，再經過三個小時的車程穿過了佈滿雪的白茫雪山，到了德欽。
沿途如碰到好天，整個梅里雪山和太子雪山映入眼簾，連綿成一片，氣勢雄偉，十三峰連綿，如一副精美的山水卷軸畫，在人的眼前鋪開。
為了能當天就抵飛來寺(看梅里旅客必到之地)，我們剛下大巴就接著包了一輛車到飛來寺，再經過半個小時的車程，最後終於到了飛來寺，可惜梅里還是躲在厚厚的雲裡未能看到。將近十個小時的車程真的不容易...
從香格里拉到德欽的班車每天有三班，正常車程約六個小時，但我們卻坐了近十個小時
從麗江到梅里會有三條江的第一彎，第一個是長江第一彎(在虎跳峽附近)，從路上應該看不到，要從飛機上看才可看到整個180度彎；跟住就是這個金沙江第一彎(在奔子欄到東竹林寺的路上)；最後一個是瀾滄江第一彎(在飛來寺到西當村的路上可看到)。

神聖之旅 Chapter 14 – 寺廟
拉薩那麼多寺廟中我最喜歡的就是蜇蚌寺。布達拉宮雖然莊嚴宏偉，但好像已太旅遊化、商業化，你會看見一團兩團戴鴨咀帽的旅行團，那種感覺已不是味兒，往後火車開通了，我更不敢去想會變成怎樣。色拉寺尚算不錯，最有特色的當然是去看僧侶們辨經的過程。蜇蚌寺反面我覺得是最和諧平靜的，那裹沒有很多的遊人，僧侶們還是過得攸然自得，僕素。

聽別人的導遊說，把我中學時的一點佛學記憶記起來：
佛就世分三界 – 欲界、色界、無色界。無色界是佛的世界。色界裡有諸天神，我們都是在欲界生存的芸芸眾生。除了無色界的佛們所有的人都逃不出天、人、惡魔、阿修羅、畜生、地獄這六道輪回。職掌這一切的就是我們所說的閻羅王了。圖中心的三種動物分別象徵了人的妒忌、貪婪、小心眼。一切惡念皆由此生。

神聖之旅 Chapter 12 – 天葬
天葬一向給人一種很神秘的感覺。對藏族人來說，它是一種葬禮儀式，我們應該當地人的傳統習俗。天葬台白天沒有儀式時，僧侶們還是讓人去看的，有儀式進行是絕對不能看。抱住好奇的心態，我們越過後山到了天葬台，一路上都是陰陰天，加了幾分惡佈。

來到拉薩旅遊，若要買一點手信，鋪著花崗岩石的八角街總是第一選擇。 八角街不但是宗教街，文化街，民俗街，而且，還是一條著名的觀光街，購物街和商業街。八角街上的貨物算是最齊全，但不一定是最便宜，要掃平貨可到布達拉宮後的市集碰一碰運氣。

色拉寺辯經─辯經是佛學用語，即出家人學習佛經後，為了加強對佛經的真正理解，採用一問一答，一問幾答或幾問一答的方式交流所學心得和所悟佛法。它是喇嘛們學習佛經的一個方式，辯經的場面在中國內地的寺院很難見到。

神聖之旅 Chapter 08 – 藏民生活
小孩天真無邪眼神，只要有一粒糖，他們就開心到不得了。
到拉薩朝聖是藏人一生中一定要做的一件大事，不論現代的交通工具多麼發達，藏人仍堅持以一步一叩的方式行徑在他們的朝拜之路上，即使起點在萬里之外，年復一年日復一日，信徒們以無數次的匍匐起立，宣示著自己的信念，鍛煉著自己的身體。
藏人生活非常簡樸, 條件真的很艱苦，歲月在他們臉上留下了比常人要夕的印記。老人臉上的溝壑寫滿了歲月的滄桑。
在新疆或西藏，你很容易都會看到很多露天的桌球，不知何時西部都興起了這玩意。一元一局的桌球，我們當然不可以放過這個機會，在布達拉宮之下鬥一下！
神聖之旅 Chapter 07 – 珠峰
珠峰之行可算是今次神聖之旅精華所在，我們克服了非常痛苦的高山症;每個人都頭痛欲裂，動不動就氣來氣喘，捱過艱辛的道路，終於可以來到大本營近距離接觸這個神聖的極地。當我見到這清晰無雲的金頂，一切都已經足夠。我們可算是幸運的一團人，可以看到珠峰的日落，有些人就算來到了大本營都不一定可以看得到它的真身，它總是躲在厚厚的雲中。晚上我們住在大本營的帳篷中，雖帶了羽絨睡袋，都是冷得要命，可喜的是珠峰的夜空真是太迷人；我從未看過如些大的北斗七星座，不知被放大了多少陪。因身處極高之地，所有星星都變得大及近了；跟去新疆或內蒙古看星是截然不同的感覺，那裡是遼闊的星空，恰好是一個強烈的對比，還有我們看到了銀河 ─ 當整個天都是黑漆漆時，你會發現中間有一條從南到北的灰色地帶，中間佈滿了無數的星星，這個應該是在一些極黑的地方才會看見，這次我都看到了。早上起來，雖看不到珠峰的日出(因身處一片大雲當中)，但感覺還算不錯。

神聖之旅 Chapter 06 – 公路篇
通往珠峰的國道可以說得上全是泥路或土路，全長1700多公里之行，我們大慨花了七天才完成。其間我們看過不少車輛陷在泥中，難以自拔。幸好我們憑著司機的高超技術、越野車的卓越性能、無比的意志，終於捱到了珠峰大本營。
曲折的山路，有點像跑頭文字D一樣。我記得有一條上山的路，司機差不多轉了三十個S彎才到山頂。

神聖之旅 Chapter 05 – 景致
很多人認為到了西藏只是為了看雪山，因地球的第三極就在這裡；喜瑪拉雅群山林立，但我覺得西藏的美不只這些，看看下面的圖：
西藏也有像內蒙古一樣的草原，風吹草低見牛羊隨處可見
羊湖是三大聖湖裡，我最喜歡的一個。它雖沒有納木錯的大，但它的小巧精緻是沒法比的；你看它的水碧綠的太驚人啦，這就叫全無污染！
出乎意料竟然在世界屋脊之上發現了江南普通的油菜花
瑪尼石和經幡一樣，在藏區經常可以看到，它們被藏傳佛教文化賦予了特殊的智慧。
這是我一路上最爲近距離接近的冰川，那種震撼，難以言喻。
雪山的純潔
過了加拉錯山口就是珠峰自然保護區了。終於捱到去了！
在藏區，在山口、路口、河口多能見到經幡和白塔，經幡上挂滿了色彩繽紛的布塊，上面印製有消災祈福的經文。據說，經幡隨風飄動能夠代替了信徒的誦經。
很有氣派的雪山群，大自然的神奇啊！這裡可以看到四座8000多米高的雪山排在一起：馬卡魯峰、洛子峰、珠穆朗瑪峰、卓奧友峰 ─ 極為壯觀！

神聖之旅 Chapter 04 – 巍然布达拉
全世界介紹西藏的圖片，如果只布一幅，肯定就是布達拉宮的照片，如果是一本書，那麼封面的圖片多半也是布達拉宮，可見它已成為西藏的icon了。

在西藏的時侯，我曾經問我的同伴這樣的一個問題："天空為什麼是藍的?"；竟然是沒有人懂，哈哈，香港人是不是都太忙了！不知道大家有否曾經停下來想過這個問題。>> 答案
神聖之旅 Chapter 03 – 高山症
走進青藏公路，平均海拔都在4500m以上，我們各人開始都有不同程度的高山反應。我算是反應最少的一人，只有些頭痛，有些人好像快死掉一樣，透不過氣。
到了唐古拉山口，Andrew:"我看到一條白光";Leo:"頂著呀...陳慧琳係山下等緊你呀！" - 他就是這樣捱過這5300米的山口。

P.S. 這條青藏公路除了海拔高之外，它的氣候都是變幻無常;我們試過在六個小時之內遇到了各種不同的天氣-晴天、暴雨、冰雹、落雪;真的是"一山有四季、十里不同天"之說。

旅途的第二天，我們到了全中國最大的湖-青海湖。對我來說，它跟海沒有太大的分別，看不到邊際。面對這樣廣闊的湖，我們找到一個很不錯的角度。

Back from the dream trip
Finally i finished my dream trip to Tibet and came back in one piece. It's really a fantastic trip with best timing and people. We all are fit enough to handle it! We have taken all different kinds of transportation(flight, train, jeep, horse riding, bicycle...). The hardest part is the 3000km Jeep and we faced all kinds of weather within 6hours.(Sunny day, Heavy rain, ice piece, snow). Also I have reached the highest place (5380m) that my body can afford without bringing the oxygen bag.
Here's our route:
QingHai(Xining) -> QingHai (GeErMu) -> Tibet (Lasa) -> Tibet (Everest Base Camp) -> Tibet (NamTso)
I will post the full set of voyage later on. (Need some times to organize it... have 5 Gb photos)
